Speightstown Allstars is a not-for-profit company set up by the opera singer and comedian Melinda Hughes. The purpose is to promote collaboration between Bajan and visiting performers. Recent performers include the American Tenor Todd Wilander, the cabaret duo Kit & McConnell, comedian Rory Bremner, violinist Lizzie Ball and the internationally acclaimed comedian Rich Hall.

Every visiting Artist gives back to the community by giving their time for free in the form of workshops and masterclasses.

The Speightstown Allstars has produced concerts for Cobblers Cove, The Barbados Film Festival & works with The Barbados Cancer Society. Throughout the covid pandemic Speightstown Allstars produced moral-boosting online videos, ranging from pop songs (staring Sir Cliff Richard and Alison Hinds) to comedy skits with local comedians. The first Allstars Festival was launched in 2024, with over 800 people in attendance.
